Award of US$540M Mining Contract

Ausdrill Limited (ASX: ASL) is pleased to announce that it has received a Letter of Intent from a Resolute Mining Limited subsidiary (ASX: RSG) to award a mining contract for Resolute’s flagship Syama Gold Mining Operation in Mali, West Africa to Ausdrill’s wholly owned subsidiary, African Mining Services Mali SARL (AMS). The contract, valued at US$540 million, will have a duration of five years, commencing on 1 September 2012.

Ausdrill to Sponsor Hockeyroos
